Version 3.19 Update (iOS)

Version 3.19 for iOS is live on the App Store since yesterday (Tuesday) evening. We will update the iPad HD app with the same next week. No update planned for our Power Contacts app this month.

What’s New ?

Manual Transcription Push Notifications
Until this update submitting cards for manual transcription by our team had the serious shortcoming of lacking real-time notifications when your cards were ready. This is now fixed: when you update the app to this version you’ll be prompted to allow the app to push notifications to your phone – please say ‘Yes’. Here is how it works:

  • You submit one or more cards for manual transcriptions (from the iOS app or from the Web Sync web interface).
  • You can quit the mobile app and go about your business. As soon as transcription results are available you will get a little notice on the top part of your iPhone screen.
  • Touch the notice and it opens ScanBizCards right onto the transcriptions folder where you’ll be able to find the transcription results. Note: please wait a few seconds to let the app download these results to your phone

Note: manual transcriptions require an active Web Sync account and purchasing manual credits from the web interface at www.scanbizcards.com/websync

iPhone 5 Camera Overlay
The camera overlay when taking photos of business cards failed to cover a portion of the right side of the screen, now fixed.

Take New Photo button
The option to directly snap the next business card photo was crashing – now fixed.

Instructions for copying cards
Upgrading from Lite to Premium means installing a new app and left users confused about what happened to cards held in the Premium app. We have now added clear instructions pointing to our FAQ page.
Our FAQ is seriously lacking and has little else beyond the instructions for copying cards from Lite to Premium! We’ll add much more information to it soon …

Version 3.18 Update (iOS – iPhone + iPad)

Version 3.18 for iOS / Version 1.03 for the iPad are live on the App Store since Sunday, January 13. The major news in this update is a major upgrade of the OCR component – we’d love to hear from the experienced users among you if you were able to notice improvements in the OCR accuracy.

What’s New ?

New OCR Engine – iPhone and iPad

We have upgraded both the iOS and iPad apps with a new version of the OCR engine. Its is about 10% faster and we hope significantly more accurate. Please let us know!

iPhone 5 User Interface (iPhone Lite version only)
The Lite version of the app didn’t have the proper user interface to take advantage of the taller iPhone 5 screen – fixed now.

NEW: Oracle Fusion CRM export – iPhone and iPad
Just like Salesforce and SugarCRM, we are delighted to announce a new export ability to Oracle Fusion CRM! Please help us test it so we can iterate and fix issues – if any – quickly.

SugarCRM Enhancements – iPhone and iPad
We’ve added the ability to assign contacts and leads to campaigns as well as to accounts.

iPad: Fixed Sorting Option
The sort button in the iPad was crashing, now fixed.

iPad: Fixed Evernote Export
The Evernote export had stopped working following a change on the Evernote side – now fixed.

Custom Export
If your business involves processing information on business cards or email signatures, you can augment ScanBizCards to add a new custom export option directly to your application! Please email for details.

New: Ability to assign an account when exporting to Salesforce as a Contact
By popular demand: you may now assign Salesforce Contacts created by the app to any account defined in your Salesforce backend.

Heads up: Power Contacts 1.13

For those of you using Power Contacts (see App Store), an update with a fix to the Evernote export has been posted as well.

CardScan and Web Sync Update

As you may know, ScanBiz Mobile Solutions and DYMO have partnered to provide CardScan users like you with a replacement for At Your Service, which was retired last year. As 2012 comes to a close in a few weeks, we wanted to connect with you and let you know about a few updates to the service and ask for your feedback. Included in this email:

  • Update about the features of the solution: Windows Sync Utility, Contacts Update Service, Map View
  • ScanBizCards HD for the iPad: for those of you with an iPad, do NOT extend your Web Sync subscription…get our new mobile app specifically designed for the iPad and get a free one-year Web Sync extension!

ScanBizCards Web Sync Update

Reminder

All details of the new ScanBizCards Web Sync solution to move your cards to the cloud can be found at www.scanbizcards.com/dymo. If you have any questions please email us atinfo@scanbizcards.com

Syncing CardScan Databases

When we first announced our support for CardScan in February, the only way to upload your CardScan database to our cloud was through a web browser. Since then, we’ve developed a new, more convenient way to keep your CardScan database in sync with your Web Sync account: the CardScanSync utility for Windows. DYMO announced this new program in May, and we’ve continued to update and improve the utility.

  • No more tediously uploading your CardScan database each time you scan in new cards, the utility automatically uploads all the CDB files on your computer (unless you choose to exclude some).
  • The utility will detect the presence of any new or updated cards in your CardScan database and upload the new/changed cards into your Web Sync account.
  • The utility works in both directions, meaning that any new/changed cards on the web will get download into your local CDB files. This gives you the flexibility to edit and create new contacts using the web interface and have them appear in your local CDB file. Better yet, if you use the ScanBizCards mobile app on your iOS, Android, Windows Phone or (soon) Blackberry device, you can easily add new cards by taking a photo and scanning it on your device.

More information on installing the sync utility here.
Important: the sync utility is only available for Windows computers. Unfortunately, Mac users still need to use the web-based upload. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Contacts Update Service

AYS had a feature with which all of your contacts would receive an email asking them to verify and update their own contact information. We added a similar feature a few months ago. To enable it, please click “Contact Updates (Beta)” in the Account tab of the Web Sync interface. Your contacts will receive a request once every 3 months.
Note: when your contacts update their own info, the updated information is not automatically applied to your database. It is placed into a queue for your review and approval. Look for these updates by clicking the same “Contact Updates (Beta)” button.

Map View

This is the Web Sync view through which you can look at your contacts on a map of the world (top left link on the web interface). This feature has been in beta for an extended period of time and we apologize for this. It has now been fixed for addresses in the United States. At the moment, there is a delay that may exceed 24-hours, but we expect the processing time to be reduced to a couple of hours by next week. We are working on a solution for non-US addresses and hope to have it working in the next few weeks.

ScanBizCards Mobile Apps

In case you weren’t aware, we have mobile apps available for your smartphone! ScanBizCards mobile apps let you carry all of your CardScan cards “on the go” – and much more such as adding new cards, connecting on LinkedIn, exporting to Salesforce or SugarCRM, etc.

OR just search in your device’s app store for “scanbizcards”. There are also Lite versions of the app available available for free.

After installing the app, sign in to your Web Sync account and watch as your cards are downloaded to your phone/tablet!

Announcing ScanBizCards HD for the iPad

A little over a month ago Apple approved the very first version of ScanBizCards HD, a native iPad version of the app! We started working on this app not long after Apple released the iPad 3 and took us about 5 months to complete. I’ll be honest: I was totally amazed how much more content we are able to show when utilizing the full 9.7-inch screen. And that’s really the purpose of ScanBizCards HD – showing you everything that matters on the same screen.

It goes without saying that ScanBizCards HD has all the features of the iPhone version of ScanBizCards, it’s all about esthetics, usability and improved workflow … check the screenshots of the app on its App Store Page!

IMPORTANT: ScanBizCards HD is offered at an introductory price of $9.99 but is also comes with a gift worth $9.99 – one year of free Web Sync (or one additional year if you already have Web Sync)! So if you were planning to use Web Sync anyhow, think about the app as being FREE …
If you are running ScanBizCards on another iOS device, Android or Windows Phone Web Sync will also enable you to keep them all in sync with the same cards. This means you could use your iPhone to take photos of cards and scan them but then pick up the iPad to edit scan results and manage the cards.

For those of you who never tried the Web Sync service please check this demo Web Sync account.
Note: please remember to logout from this demo account otherwise you won’t be able to login to your own Web Sync account.

iPad 1 & iPad 2 Note: please remember that prior to the iPad 3 (“New iPad”) the iPad 1 & 2 models don’t have a camera good enough for scanning business card photos. If you have these older models please use your phone for taking photos – then by all means do all the rest on the iPad.

Release Notes for ScanBizCards HD version 1.00

Batch Export to Salesforce, SugarCRM and Jigsaw All these batch exports fail to dismiss the view showing the export results. To return to normalcy, please toggle the view to mosaic view and back to list view, using the button on the top / middle of the toolbar.

Editing Cards The keyboard sometimes hides the field you are trying to edit. Please scroll the view to expose the text field above the keyboard.

Other Issues Remember this is Version 1.0! Let us know ASAP of any issues at info@scanbizcards.com, we plan to update the app quickly to address them.

UPDATE:  Version 1.01 has been out for a couple of weeks since we originally wrote this, and version 1.02 was just sent to Apple for approval!

Regards,
Team ScanBizCards

ScanBizCards 2.0 for Android went live on Google Play on Friday, Oct 19. If you haven’t had a chance to update, please do so!

New features:

ScanBizCards 2.0 offers improved scanning accuracy!  In moving from 1.062 to 2.0, you should see a marked increase in the accuracy of the scanning results, especially on cards with complex, colored backgrounds.

CRM users will notice that the export menu has been updated with a new UI.  For CRMs with multiple types (Lead/Contact), simply touch-and-hold your CRM of choice, select the type, then press OK.  We’ll remember your choice, so in the future you can just press OK to keep exporting to the same CRM with the same type.

Apart from these improvements, a whole slew of bugs have been tracked down and fixed:

-Screen rotation error in 4.1.x

-Report a problem now fills in our email address

-Web Sync error causing card images to be skipped

-Rescan fixed

-Fixed/improved name recognition/sorting

-Temporarily removed card actions menu after you scan a card for the first time

Here are a few things you may have missed in 1.062:

-Clipboard scanning should be more stable

-Improved quality of thumbnail images

-Added the ability to specify an account when exporting a Contact into Salesforce

Thanks for reading!

As always, feel free to drop a comment below or shoot us an email.

(Android) Version 1.059

ScanBizCards for Android has been moving at a fast pace since the last blog post. Here’s a quick breakdown of what’s changed since 1.050:
-SugarCRM exports
-Zoho CRM exports
-Tons of bug fixes to improve compatibility in devices that used to experience crashes during photo-taking or scanning (this includes drastically decreasing the memory usage during these processes)
-Inclusion of a long-press menu for your list of cards
-You can now add a picture of your own business card (or yourself!) to the VCard that gets sent with your Quick Intro
-Notes can now be viewed at the bottom of the list of contact details

In the future, we’ll be looking to include support for other CRM platforms. If you would like to make a request, sound off in the comments or shoot us an email!

(Android) Version 1.050

Hello ScanBizCards Users!

I’ve just uploaded the latest Android version of ScanBizCards to the various appstores from which it is available. For Google Play users, update 1.050 should be live by the end of the day (June 25). Amazon, SlideMe, etc. can take anywhere from a day to a week to approve the app.

1.050 is a large update, with numerous new features and bug fixes:

What’s New

Add Calendar events (Android 4.0+ required)

Unfortunately, the Android OS simply doesn’t play friendly with apps trying to add events to its built-in calendar. Google remedied this in Android 4.0, so this feature is exclusive to ICS users.

Haptic and visual feedback on main screen and WebSync status page

Improved Guided Camera

Due to compatibility issues, this is not the default setting. To try out the new Guided Camera, go into settings from the main screen and un-check “Use Device Camera”. The main changes are a more prominent and responsive camera button, fixing a bug with white-balance, and improved picture quality in some devices. I’d love to hear about any improvements you’d like to see to the picture-taking experience.

Custom text for quick intro emails

This is an oft-requested feature that I think will benefit plenty of users. To setup your quick intro email, go to settings from the main screen and select Owner Info.

Learns default countries based on scanning language

Previously, we operated under the assumption that the majority of our users were from Afghanistan, hence, any new address field used this as the default country. We’ve wizened up a bit, and now detect when a country is scanned in, saving it as the default for the selected language. For example, if I select French as the scanning language and scan a card with a Canadian address, the next time I scan a French card without an address, adding an address field will default to Canada.

Updated UI for tablet users with larger text, buttons, etc.

What’s Fixed

Error causing many WebSync users (especially those with large numbers of cards) from properly downloading all cards

This bug has plagued many users, sorry it has taken so long to track down! I’ve tested this across a wide spectrum of scenarios, but it’s entirely possible that I’ve overlooked something. If you are still encountering any problems, please contact me.

Selecting a new language before scanning will now be displayed properly

New card images will no longer be displayed in the Android Gallery (does not apply to existing card images)

This issue has also been brought up by multiple users. Sadly, there is no way to change whether or not existing card images can be found from within the app. If you are really bothered by this, shoot me an email and I will try to walk you through the process of hiding your existing card images from the Gallery.

Cards that you add to address books that support groups will have the first group checked by default (improves compatibility with Gmail)

Apparently, Gmail Contacts refuses to sync a contact that has not been added to a group. Feel free to un-check the default group (in most cases “My Contacts”) as long as you make sure to check off at least one other group.

Sorting by name/company will now interpret upper and lower case letters equally

WebSync Pause/Resume will now function properly

It didn’t seem like the Pause/Resume buttons actually did anything previously. Hitting pause will now actually halt any batch download/upload, after the current card is finished being processed

I hope you all enjoy the update! Please feel free to contact our support team at info@scanbizcards.com, or email me directly at patrick.mcgrail@scanbizcards.com, with any inquiries or feedback.

Version 3.13 Update (iOS)

Version 3.13 is available since Friday evening for iOS (iPhone/iPad) with several bug fixes, new features – and localization of the user interface to several languages – more below. Please take a moment to glance at it, several new features include options you should be aware of.

Assigning cards to more than one folder

This has been possible for several months on the web, now also in the iPhone app. Note: at this time you can only copy cards to a folder (as opposed to moving) only in list view (e.g. when looking at “All Cards” or a specific folder), it is not possible yet from within a specific card.

Web archiving

CardScan users please take heed … this is a new mechanism to help with accounts with 2,000 cards or more. In that situation the iPhone app now by default only downloads the contact information for a card + the much smaller thumbnail. This not only saves significant space on the device (around 400k), it also means downloading cards to a new device is much faster.
Note:
1. In web archiving mode, when you open a card, this triggers a download of the image for that card (because we take it as a hint may want that particular card image). You can disable that behavior through a setting in the app.
2. You can also disable web archiving altogether through a setting in the app.

Fixed iOS5.1 crash taking photos

The recent iOS5.1 update broke the photo taking feature of the app, causing the app to crash when attempting to use the Camera button. This is now fixed in this update, by implementing a new (simpler) camera overlay.

IMPORTANT: with the new overlay the flash is disabled. If you’d like to use the flash please disable our camera overlay altogether, as follows:
1. From the main screen of the app touch Settings
2. Scroll all the way to the bottom, locate the setting before last called “Show Camera Overlay”
3. Turn it OFF

Note: you don’t lose any functionality by disabling our camera overlay, its only purpose is to educate new users how to orient the phone. Experienced users already know to hold the phone sideways (landscape) with the home button on the right side.

Excel CSV export bugs

We fixed two different bugs in the Excel export feature which cause misalignments in the data.
Reminder: you can always opt to export to Excel (or to other target apps) from your Web Sync account on the web.

“Source 0″ error saving to the address book
Fixed. This error occurred on some phones with iCloud enabled but where the local address book still appears in settings. We don’t really understand how this came about on some phones but regardless we believe this issue is fixed.

Localization

The user interface is now localized to French, Italian and Spanish.
Note: if you – or someone you know – can localize the text of the app to other languages by all means let us know! It’s about 850 lines (but many of them short).

ScanBizCards V3.09 Update

Version 3.09 was posted last night (Thursday Oct 13)!

The highlights of this update are:

  • NEW: manual transcription option!
  • Survey! Share your opinion about ScanBizCards and get a chance to earn a $300 Apple gift certificate.
  • Better ordering of scan results
  • NEW: share button to invite friends on Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn/email (and make money in the process!)
  • Explicit export to Daylite
  • Several Salesforce fixes + new option to export as a contact
  • Reminder: Jigsaw export available for Beta testing.

iOS5 notice: before we go into details a quick heads up – we are being told that our feature to create a contact from the clipboard is not working on iOS5. We are looking into it and will fix this in an update soon.

What’s New

Manual Transcriptions!
This one is exciting. Say you just scanned a card and got disappointing results. Yes, I know what you are thinking – never happens with ScanBizCards! We wish, and we are working on it, meanwhile, yes, it does happen (just don’t tell anyone). We are now launching a brand new service which will let you simply touch a button to request that someone in our transcription team go over that card and manually fix what needs to be fixed! Cards pending review are marked in red then as soon as results are in you will see a message in the app and transcribed cards will turn green. All pending and transcribed cards will also appear in a special folder. Because this is brand new we don’t quite know yet how quickly we will be able to review cards but we are hoping to keep it under 30 minutes, and pricing that service is also not set in stone until we measure how long it takes to rectify cards. The idea is really to offer the best of both worlds: instant OCR results + option to go manual if we missed too many items – and in any case have all extended features of the app available regardless.
Note: at this time it requires an active Web Sync subscription. Please email info@scanbizcards.com if you’d like to join the private Beta of this service.

ScanBizCards Survey
Ready to tell us what you think about ScanBizCards? We’d love to hear your thoughts and have prepared a survey. This survey should take you no more than 15 minutes to complete and if you complete the survey by the closing date (October 24), we will enter you into a sweepstakes to win a $300 Apple gift card. Here is the link to the survey:
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/scanbizcards

Better ordering of scan results
Long overdue. Until now we showed scan results in the order found on the card (top down and left to right). This is really helpful to the ScanBizCards team, to easily associate a text result with a pattern on the card, less useful to our customers who care about the person’s name, title, company etc regardless of where that information was found on the card! Apparently we realized only now that there are more customers of the app than ScanBizCards team members so with this update all cards will display scan results in the same consistent order: name, job title(s), company, phone(s), email(s), URL(s) and address(es). Note that online (Web Sync) we always displayed contact info in that order so now the app is doing the same.

Sharing
We added a new button right on the main page at the bottom to share a recommendation for ScanBizCards with your Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn networks or just via email. It offers your friend a link to install the Lite app with another link which then upgrades the Lite app to premium features for 2 weeks. No less importantly, we keep track of these invites and each time one of your friends – even one year later – decides to buy the app, we PayPal you $1! You can be on your way to untold riches, don’t wait :-) .
Note: you can track the status of invites and conversions at http://www.scanbizcards.com/tellafriend.php?email=your-email-address (where your-email-address is the email address you provided when sharing from the app). That page also includes a checkbox to request 1 month free Web Sync instead of the $1 PayPal payment each time.

Explicit export to Daylite CRM
Daylite CRM recently added an option to import from ScanBizCards on their new contact page. This update adds an option to initiate this exporting into Daylite from within ScanBizCards. You’ll find the Daylite option right next to the Salesforce export on the export menu. Note: this means you can now export to Daylite any previously scanned card or contacts you capture from text copied to the clipboard.

Salesforce fixes and features
This update fixes several issues with Saleforce accounts where certain standard fields are excluded from the Lead Layout (e.g. Fax and Mobile). The app now download the full list of both standard and custom fields and lets you control which fields you wants to prompted for. We also added a new setting to export to Salesforce as new contacts (rather than new leads).

Jigsaw
ScanBizCards added a feature to export to Jigsaw i V3.08. Jigsaw is a service that enables you to get up to date direct contact info for a great many professional contacts in the Jigsaw database (27m contacts). The way it works is that you earn points for contributing a contact which you can then use to retrieve another contact. I personally use the service and love it.

Note: Jigsaw accepts contacts only in some countries and the app will tell you when you try to export a contact in a country where Jigsaw doesn’t operate. Note also that currently the app doesn’t allow getting credit for updating contacts already in the Jigsaw database, for this you would have to do it on the Jigsaw web site. To be addressed soon. Sign-up at www.jigsaw.com.

IMPORTANT: the Jigsaw feature is in private Beta, to enable please do this:

  • touch Settings on the main screen
  • type this into the Configuration field: var:enablejigsaw=1

By all means do tell us what you think about this feature!

Contacts2Excel
Not that new actually, it was released in April. This is just a little app to select a subset of your address book in a flexible way, select which property you care about, their order and how you want to call them – then export into an Excel CSV file. Useful to export contacts into other apps such as CRM apps or email marketing, to share contacts with others or simply to make periodicals backups of your address book. Try it here . We swear it distracted us from ScanBizCards only for a few days!

Tips of the Month

Tip #1: finding light in dark places. Ever wanted to scan a card in a dimly lit place? Using the flash is not an option as it creates overexposure where it hits the card but there is a solution! Borrow someone’s cell phone or tablet , run an app on it with a light background (such as the iPhone mail app). Hold that other phone face down to shine light on the card and voila, should be a great scan! You can use the same trick with your own laptop, placing the card on the keyboard and half closing the lid to shine light on the card.

Tip #2: starting with this version we start processing cards as soon as you take a photo. This means that you should consider cropping cards before scanning – if nothing else for aesthetic reasons – because we are putting the time you spend doing that to good use!

Rate this Version

You know what to do! Your continued support helps us break the record of being the “idiots” who spent the longest time enhancing a single iPhone app :) . Apple saves your last review so it only takes a minute to update a previous review for the current version: tap Help on the start page then “Rate This Version”.

ScanBizCards V3.08 Update

Version 3.08 was posted Monday morning (Lite V3.08 was already posted mid last week). The highlights of this update are:

1. Deeper Salesforce.com integration

2. Treatment of clipboard text captures as full (digital) business cards

3. Jigsaw support

4. Web Sync news

5. Not so new app: Contacts2Excel

6. Android update: it’s the first time we include Android users in this monthly mailing. The Android app is subject to a different release cycle so I will just recap recent changes in the last few Android updates.

What’s New

Salesforce.com

Our Salesforce support is now more comprehensive:

- until now only Enterprise Salesforce accounts could use the Salesforce export. We have now passed the Salesforce security review which enables the use of the app for all Salesforce accounts such as Professional accounts. It also means we are on a (very) short list of mobile app exchange apps

- added batch export to Salesforce : from a view showing a list of cards such as a folder or search results, touch the actions button at the bottom left, then Export To Salesforce

- custom fields: custom fields are now imported into the app and you are prompted to enter values for custom required fields with no defaults (previously this would fail the export). You can also set defaults for any custom field or require to be prompted for certain fields.

Please watch Danny demonstrate the Salesforce features in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8JfFCwnhEBg

And speaking of Salesforce, Patrick is at Dreamforce in San Francisco this week: if you are there too, say hello!

Clipboard Text (email signatures)

Just try it! Copy someone’s contact information to the clipboard, then touch the Copied Text button in the app. As we parse out the information into a new contact, a digital card image is rendered, which means this contact is now kept in the app just like a business card. More importantly: all the app’s features are now available on this “card”. [Not available on Android yet where clipboard text captures are limited to adding the address book]

Jigsaw

ScanBizCards now includes a feature to export to Jigsaw!

- touch Settings on the main scree n

- type this into the Configuration field:

var:enablejigsaw=1

By all means do tell us what you think about this feature! [Not available on Android yet]

Web Sync

A lot has been happening on the web side of the app, all of which is of course equally relevant to iPhone and Android users:

- web based OCR: you have the option to crop and OCR cards online. This could be cards you snapped on the phone but also cards captured with a flatbed scanner or another camera.

- option to duplicate a card

- option to attach a back side to a card online

Web Sync is now at a point where you can use it as a standalone application to scan cards without having a mobile device! In coming weeks we will provide more tutorials and add an official “Desktop” section to the web site. One feature we are still working on is the ability to process scanner captures of multiple cards more efficiently by detecting where cards are located in the image.

Try it here:

Contacts2Excel on App Store

We swear it distracted us from ScanBizCards only for a few days!

Android Update

Web Sync: added to the Android app a few weeks ago, recently fixed some issues & added status messages.

Double-sided cards support: added a few weeks ago (also available online for web sync users).

LinkedIn: long overdue! You can now send a LinkedIn invite to new contacts in one touch.

Salesforce: the current Salesforce support in the Android app is at the level of the iPhone previous version: works only for Enterprise accounts,  no custom fields support  and no batch export . Yuval Kohavi and Steven Lustig on our Android team are hard at work to add these very soon.

Tips of the Month

Tip #1: Crop on Scan
You probably already realized that cropping makes for nicer card images. But with this update cropping can really help with accuracy a lot when you are cropping away a large chunk of the image. This is because when that happens we assume text size is small and so we treat the image differently.

Tip #2: Get closer!
If the first tip applies to you often maybe it means you are not getting close enough to the text! Remember that the relevant text on the card should ideally fill the entire viewport, to get larger text.

Apple saves your last review so it only takes a minute to update a previous review for the current version. You know what to do! Spread the Word!

Remember to use the Refer A Friend button on the Help page! Your friends get a free 2-week trial of the premium features and you get 1 month of Web Sync or $1 if they decide they like the app enough to buy it.

We would also be delighted to extend the same limited time premium trial to all attendees of conferences! If you or someone you know organizes conferences, talk to us!
